This “Syrup of Figs” (WIG) is as false as a flying pig. And that’s the “security” offered to us by our governments today. They are busily implementing Doublethink and Newspeak.

The Liberals, that mentally inert, deluded, closed minded, vain, misguided group of competitive altruists who believe they are morally superior to those who can think for themselves, are happy to have selected socialist leaders like Obama and Trudeau – just like sheep content to have elected a fox to watch over them through the dark night.

The government controlled media, and now social media, are all falling into line behind our collectivist masters, promoting doublethink and censoring capitalism, genuine questions, and Christianity. Of the Syrian “refugee” US arrivals in September 2016, 1825 were Muslims and 22 were non-Muslims. That’s 1.1 percent. But few even realize that. Christian churches are breaking their necks to accommodate and spoil these Muslim “refugees” – talk about the chickens feeding the wolves!

Perhaps the most obvious example of doublethink in 1984 can be found in the names of the Party’s four ministries. They include the Ministry of Plenty that oversees shortages of resources, the Ministry of Peace that declares and conducts war, the Ministry of Love that doles out cruel harsh punishments and torture, and the Ministry of Truth that spreads propaganda and revises historical facts. The employees of the Ministry of Truth, for example, falsify historical records and then immediately believe their own revisionist history. For instance, the two fictitious countries, Oceania and Eurasia, are at war with each other. The conflict requires the citizens of Oceania to believe they have always been at war with Eurasia, even though both countries were allies just four years before.

“Orwell’s novel explicitly shows people learning Doublethink and newspeak due to peer pressure and a desire to “fit in”, or gain status within the Party — to be seen as a loyal Party Member. In the novel, for someone to even recognize–let alone mention–any contradiction within the context of the Party line was akin to blasphemy, and could subject that someone to possible disciplinary action and to the instant social disapproval of fellow Party Members.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doublethink

In other words, keeping up with the neighbors, keeping up appearances, and pretending to be ok or happy is more important than being who you truly are, expressing your true feelings, and pursuing your own path in life, even if that means you end up taking the road less traveled. This also means not exploring or learning about things like doublethink and how it applies to one’s life, thoughts, feelings, and career path because that is not ‘normal’. See examples here.

But don’t believe me. Try posting anything anti-Hillary or anything touching the reality of race on Facebook, and watch how many of them are censored, banned, rejected. Orwell’s book, “1984,” is happening right now. Problem is, so few people have actually read the book, or even Ayn Rand’s “Atlas Shrugged,” that they don’t recognize it. In fact, they’re too distracted by movies, sports, food, drugs, and sex to care.

The definition of Doublethink is “to know and to not know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which cancelled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, to believe that democracy is impossible and that the Party [Liberals] was the guardian of democracy. To forget, whatever it was necessary to forget, then to draw it back into memory again at the moment when it was needed, and then promptly to forget it again, and above all to apply the same process to the process itself.”
