I don’t care how many things you’ve tried and failed at; when you get the right vehicle, and you do what you have to do, it will take you wherever you want to go. And Karatbars is the right vehicle. This is what I have learnt in 13 months in this business:

A mistake repeated more than once is a decision. You only fail when you quit. You can quit once, but keep repeating it and you’re done. It’s a mistake to follow the advice of people who haven’t built a successful Karatbars business, no matter how smart and important they may think they are, or what they tell you they achieved in another business before they joined Karatbars; don’t believe the has-beens until they prove themselves in Karatbars.

It’s a mistake to think you can reinvent the wheel, when people who have made a fortune in Karatbars have a proven formula for you to follow. It’s a mistake to think you can buy your Karatbars business package and then sit back and sip a cola while the business builds itself, or that people who start well will automatically carry on doing well. Some of them with start well and then stop. You have to keep on building. And that means working.

People who succeed in this business follow leaders who walk their talk and have proven themselves. People who succeed take personal responsibility, too: they don’t blame their team or their leaders or holidays or the town the live in when things are slow – instead, they get out there and work harder. They ask for advice and take it. The act on it. They are flexible, teachable, resilient, optimistic, professional, and focused. They understand that they just need a few Producers to create a powerful money machine, a goose that lays lovely golden eggs.

Finally, you have to seriously want to succeed; without sufficient urgency, drive and desire, you will fail. A lackadaisical, “laid back” approach will tell people you’re not a true believer in this business, and they won’t follow you. You have to be highly self motivated and serious. Then, your success is guaranteed.
